Kiosks cache the last synced task list. When staff PIN mode is OFF, Done/Undo actions can be queued offline and automatically synced after reconnection. With staff PIN mode ON, tasks remain viewable offline but completion waits for internet so PIN verification stays secure.
An active kiosk is considered offline after it has not checked in for the threshold below. Alerts appear at the top of Admin while this page is open.
